Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Payroll Supervisor (Fixed‑Term - 12 months) position to be based in Bogota, Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of payroll coordinators and specialists.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of system wide payroll for all locations and employees by supervising the payroll function.
• Reviews and implements with the Tax department guidelines to ensure compliance with all local government regulatory reporting requirements including quarterly government filings, annual reporting and yearend employee legal filing forms.
• Suggests policies and procedures designed to improve business processes within the department.
• Oversees maintenance of payroll system.
• Supervises the preparation of filing of required reports and/or payments to government agencies, insurance carriers, other organizations and individual employees.
