Opportunity Description
Primary Function
The Payroll & HR Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll processing while supporting core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role will support both the Canadian and US HR Managers, ensuring timely payroll execution, maintaining HR data integrity, and supporting employees and managers with payroll, benefits, and HR-related inquiries.
The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and collective agreements (where applicable), while supporting efficient and effective HR service delivery.
