Role Summary
The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for performing complex tasks related to the processing of a bi-weekly payroll for all employees across Canada and the administration of all benefit plans including, but not limited to, Health, Dental, Disability, Employee Assistance, Canada Savings Bonds, Pension, and RRSP. The specialist will operate as the subject‑matter expert regarding benefits administration and current payroll best practices, bringing forth recommendations for process improvements and creating efficiencies. The individual will also be responsible for managing the Time and Attendance system.
