Summary Of The Role And Team

As a Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be a key member of the People Operations team, supporting payroll and benefits administration for more than 600 employees across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and Australia. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Operations, you will help ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while supporting North American benefits programs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, payroll providers, and employees to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience across multiple regions.
