Payroll & Benefits Specialist
We are currently looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple provinces, along with supporting benefits and pension administration.
Responsibilities:
Process full-cycle payroll for under 500 employees across multiple provincesManage both unionized and non-union payroll, including hourly and salaried employeesEnsure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislationHandle year-end payroll activities including T4 preparation and reconciliationsManage payroll source deductions and account reconciliationsPrepare and maintain payroll reports as requiredSupport pension and benefits administration (enrollments, changes, terminations, employee inquiries)Act as a point of contact for payroll and benefits-related questionsMaintain strict con...
