Payroll Accountant – Accurate, Compliance‑Driven

Flex in Guadalajara, North Campus, is seeking a Payroll Accountant to support our teams and ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing. You will report to the Payroll Manager Sr. and help coordinate compensation activities across Finance.

You will handle journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close, with exposure to Mexican tax regulations (ISR) and SAP; strong Excel skills are a plus.
