Payment Resolution Officer - UK

What is the Opportunity? The Payment Resolution Officer - UK will be responsible to effectively analyze, issues and provide resolution. This includes but is not limited to for processing of accurate, timely and complete payments of Brewin Dolphin and UK Region. Acts as subject matter expert of payments, identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Provides support to AP processors for escalations on Accounts Payable transactions.

Travel and expense payment issuance

Coupa invoice review, payment, and manual upload

Supporting on generic mailbox to ensure inquiries are answered promptly, within SLA’s

UK/CWM validation, manual journals, and payment

Payment tracker

Print and mail cheques

Assist on investigating payment outages

Maintain cross-training across Payment Processes for all regions
