About the Role

We are looking for a Payment Operations Associate to join our growing team and help deliver a smooth, accurate, and efficient onboarding experience for new merchants.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operations, paperwork, process management, and customer support. You will be responsible for guiding merchant accounts from signed agreements through successful activation while coordinating with vendors, processing banks, internal teams, and sales representatives. In addition to onboarding, you'll provide ongoing support related to billing, account updates, documentation, and leasing inquiries.
