What is the opportunity?

Reporting to the Manager of Payments Processing, this role is responsible for managing the timely and accurate processing of unique high‑risk wire and payments. The incumbent will oversee global payment processing for RBFG via EDI Report, Pension Payments, Swift Invoices and Foreign Exchange Payments, and manage extreme high‑risk manual wire payment processes.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with all parties when a fax contingency is invoked for manual payments.
• Cancel payments and advise clients when incomplete information prevents processing, handling all critical manual payment responsibilities.
• Process various payment exception procedures to support client requirements.
• Contact account managers for approvals when branch limits are exceeded.
• Manage foreign exchange transactions, prepare manual entries, and ensure all conversions are correctly applied.
