Pavement Junior/Intermediate Technician

The Opportunity

As a Junior / Intermediate Pavement Technician, you will support pavement investigations, borehole drilling, asphalt coring, and condition assessments that directly influence how transportation infrastructure is designed, maintained, and rehabilitated across Ontario. Based out of our Whitby, Ontario office, this role offers a strong balance of field and office work, hands‑on learning, and mentorship within a collaborative team.

Your Impact

• Conduct pavement condition surveys, field inspections, and sampling for municipal and provincial transportation projects
• Support pavement investigations and rehabilitation studies through data collection and documentation
• Compile inspection data, photographs, and test results into technical notes and reports
