Patient Services & Scheduling Specialist

Mediclinic International is seeking a patient administration professional in Abu Dhabi/Al Ain to enhance care by efficiently handling appointment scheduling, registration, and follow-up tasks. You will coordinate medical insurance processes and billing while ensuring high standards of patient service.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service, preferably in healthcare, with strong MS Office and CRM skills; diplomas or degrees in medical or finance fields are preferred.
