Enhance patient care as a Patient Experience Specialist with Michael Garron Hospital. This role involves resolving feedback and improving care experiences for patients and families.
Reporting to the Manager of Patient Relations, you will work collaboratively with leaders and clinical teams at MGH. Your primary focus will be on facilitating the timely resolution of concerns and feedback from patients and families. Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve patient feedback including complaints and compliments
• Partner with leadership teams on complex issues
