UPMC Jameson's Peri Anesthesia Unit is hiring a Full Time Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician!

Our nurses and support staff bring together deep clinical expertise, strong critical-thinking skills, and a calm, reassuring presence for patients and families at a vulnerable time. Many of our team members are cross-trained and experienced in caring for a wide variety of surgical populations, from routine outpatient procedures to complex inpatient cases, allowing us to remain flexible, responsive, and prepared for anything.
We pride ourselves on a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Close partnerships with anesthesia providers, surgeons, perioperative leadership, and inpatient units ensure seamless handoffs, clear communication, and continuity of care. This collaborative approach helps us identify issues early, respond quickly to changes in patient condition, and support excellent outcomes.
