BayCare is seeking dedicated Nurse Helpers to join their pool of staff in St. Joseph’s Main and Children’s facility. In this role, you will assist nursing staff in delivering patient care while avoiding contact with body fluids. You will be required to complete specialized training and certification as part of your onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist nursing staff with patient care duties
• Follow directives from Registered Nurses during shifts
• Ensure patient safety and comfort consistently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
• Help with basic tasks as required without fluid exposure
Requirements:
