**Job Description**
Manages patient’s admissions, insurance coverage, bed coverage, and discharge.
**Qualifications**
+ High School Graduate or GED required.
+ Healthcare Insurance verification and Front Desk registration
+ Minimum 2 years of registration experience within a medical setting (doctor?s office, hospital). Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
+ Knowledgeable in medical health insurances and front desk registration.

**Responsibilities**
1. Collect, verify, and input patient information paperwork with appropriate financial and demographic forms into the M.I.S system
2. Obtains all old medical record numbers from the Medical Records Department for patients previously in the system, or when appropriate assigns new medical record number
