Qualifications:
- College graduates, with Warehousing/Inventory experience is a plus.
- Have previous experience with Parts Dept. (Auto Dealership) or Auto Supply/Parts Supply Store.
- Has knowledge in Automotive parts and their functions
- Excellent in Excel & Word.
- Warehousing Skill and Organizational Skills is a must.
Job Description:
- Ensure that all items kept in the parts warehouse are secured any time of the day.
- Ensure that no parts are released from the warehouse without proper documentation.
- Check and arrange parts on stock on a regular basis efficient and fast releasing of parts upon order.
- Conduct random inventory at all times to check for any discrepancies.
- Report to superior any unusual observation in stocking and inventory
- Deliver parts to other dealerships if needed.
