Parts and Service Coordinator

Location: Edmonton. Reporting to: Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and organize all branch and customer inquiries relating to service and parts.
• Negotiate parts and services from vendors to ensure the best value.
• Coordinate and order parts to maintain adequate inventory while minimizing costs.
• Manage the work order process with the Shop Foreman, ensuring users follow proper procedures for accurate and consistent information.
• Coordinate the supply of parts to shop mechanics.
• Update the rental system with equipment repairs and important service information daily.
• Contact customers regarding equipment repair needs, including damage assessments and service updates.
• Set up parts accurately in the rental system.
• Manage returned parts with accurate inventory counts.
• Handle the warranty claims process.
