Reporting to senior management, the Parts Manager is responsible for the overall management of the parts department to ensure efficient and profitable operations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and excellent collaboration with the service and sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the department’s profitability.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the counter and warehouse team.
• Ensure rigorous tracking of sales and performance goals.
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal (service/sales) and external (private customers, independent repair shops) clients.
• Negotiate with suppliers and ensure compliance with GM policies.
• Prepare and analyze departmental management reports.
