Talent Acquisition Partner – Early Careers (Intern & Co-op)

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for intern and co-op roles across Canada and the US
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, selection criteria, and structured interview plans
- Lead intake meetings and help shape recruitment strategy for early careers hiring
- Source and attract early talent through university partnerships, campus programs (with a focus on Canadian and/or US institutions), job boards, talent platforms, and internal pipelines
- Review and assess candidates to build strong, diverse shortlists
