What I'm looking for
Must be based in India
Strong English, written and spoken (communication is fully in English)
Familiar with CapCut, Final Cut Pro
Understands short-form trends — hooks, captions, pacing, retention
Can match a casual, personal, authentic aesthetic (not overly polished)
Reliable, communicates well, meets deadlines
