Part Time Showroom Receptionist/Greeter - BMW

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for a Part Time Showroom Receptionist/Greeter with Rallye BMW! The Showroom Receptionist/Greeter plays an instrumental role in providing a seamless and personalized automotive experience for our clients. Must be an energetic, reliable, motivated individual with prior customer service and/or administrative experience.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for the showroom

+ Greeting and directing all clients who visit the dealership.

+ Effectively organizing and keeping track of a high volume of paperwork.

+ Handling a variety of clerical duties including: filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
