Part-Time Retail Assistant Manager - Lead & Inspire Sales

BoxLunch is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development.

You’ll lead with energy, engage customers, merchandise effectively, and promote promos including curbside pickup. You’ll ensure operational excellence and help grow a passionate, philanthropic team.

This role requires 1–2 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a high school diploma or GED.
