Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, this role requires up-to-date residents’ care assessments and effective communication of any changes. You will assist in coordinating care conferences and facilitate resident admissions and transfers. Your responsibilities include managing medication administration, supervising unregulated care providers and ensuring quality care delivery.
