This role allows flexibility and a balanced blend of in-person and remote work, ensuring our patients receive the best care while our team enjoys a work-life harmony. Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Schedule: 3-8 hours per week (75% remote) Flexibility: Choose your days and hours. 1 onsite visit per month, within approximately one hour's commute from Colorado Springs.
