Role Overview
Part‑time faculty position (up to 6 hours per week) teaching meat‑cutting and processing in the School of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts (THS2 School). The role is fixed‑term from September8,2026 to December21,2026, located at 130 Dundas Street, London, ON N6A1G1. Successful candidates will deliver instruction on campus and must meet Ontario work requirements. Compensation is $103.77 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality instruction in meat‑cutting and processing, covering both retail and industrial practices.
- Develop and implement formulas, procedures, and lesson plans tailored to adult learners.
