About the Role: Part‑Time Insights Analyst (Chinese Proficiency)

Insights analysts on this Team are responsible for identifying, processing and reporting mainstream media and social media intelligence in the form of timely alerts and reports around the clock for a Government client. The Team executes monitoring operations across multiple shifts (8 hours + 1 hour break). For this position, you will follow the shift below, working 2 days minimum per week.

• Shift Hour: 0330hrs - 1230hrs

• Prioritise and manage all alerting and reporting requirements when on shift
• Uphold the Service‑Level Agreements established with the client, particularly factual accuracy, formatting and turnaround times
• Translate and summarise news articles and/or TV/radio broadcasts from Chinese into English
