Part-time (Daytime) Lecturer(O/HKIIT(LWL)-IT/PTD_L_AL(Maths_ICT)/07/26)

Major Duties

: (a) To perform teaching duties including supervision of student projects and fieldwork placement; (b) To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; (c) To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; (d) To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes; and (e) To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions. Requirements: (a) A relevant recognised degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; (b) At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and / or industry experience; (c) For the Mathematics specialism: (i) Good knowledge in discrete mathematics and statistics; (ii) Familiar with DSE Mathematics, Ma...
