Opportunity Description
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the program coordinator, is responsible for providing customer service and administrative duties.Acts as the liaison between staff and office.Acts as first point of contact for clients and community, responding to service inquiries as assigned.Conducts client assessments to initiate service. Processes referrals from community and partnering organizations.Maintains client filing system.Word processes a variety of forms and documents as required.
Employment Requirements:
College/business diploma in office administration or related certification required, with at minimum one year experience in an office environment.
Must have previous experience with data-base management and report generation.
Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
