Join the Atlantic Regional Office as a Parking Manager based in Halifax, NS. Manage operations, staff, and incident response to deliver top-tier service.
In this role, you're charged with leading the operational projects across multiple locations while ensuring customer and staff needs are promptly addressed. You will have a minimum of three years in customer service and one year in leadership, guiding staff training and monitoring KPIs for success and compliance.

• Lead operational improvement projects across locations

• Track incidents and ensure timely communications
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
