*The EMBRACE Initiative at the University of Maryland, Baltimore has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, compassionate, and family-centered Parent Navigator (Community Outreach Worker II).*The selected candidate will apply specialized knowledge of family engagement, resource coordination, and community-based support services to assist parents and caregivers of justice-involved and at-risk youth enrolled in the program. The Parent Navigator will provide individualized support, advocacy, and resource navigation designed to strengthen caregiver capacity, improve family communication, reduce barriers to participation, and promote positive youth outcomes.
