Your Role
- Develop closing agendas and draft all documents related to transactions, mergers/acquisitions, reorganizations, and business sales.
- Prepare documents necessary for incorporation, registration, organization, and liquidation of companies and file corporate documents.
- Perform annual updates and maintain minute books.
- Monitor the transaction process, organize closing documents, and perform post-transaction tasks.
