Description We are looking for a skilled Paralegal to support a legal and regulatory team in Reno, Nevada. This position plays an important role in corporate governance, securities compliance, regulatory reporting, and contract administration within a publicly traded organization. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational judgment, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive legal matters in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and coordinate periodic and event-driven regulatory submissions, including support for public company reporting and insider-related filing requirements.
