Position Summary

The Paralegal, Manager Legal Services – Operations and Asset Management supports Marriott International’s lodging business across Europe, Middle East and Africa by providing practical, solutions‑focused legal support for hotel operations and asset management matters. Based in Dubai, this role sits within the EMEA Law Department and reports into the Vice President & Senior Legal Counsel. This position acts as a key point of contact for hotel leadership and above‑property teams, supporting the day‑to‑day legal needs of managed and franchised hotels, while also assisting with asset management transactions.
