Opportunity Description
GCyber is hiring a Palo Alto Engineer to support our government customer. The Palo Alto Engineer will need a strong background in networking and security, with a focus on Palo Alto firewall technologies.
This position is full time onsite in Arlington, VA. Given the unique mission requirements and classified nature of the work, there is no opportunity for hybrid or remote work arrangements.
As a Palo Alto Engineer, you will:
+ Provide expert engineering, operational support, and strategic guidance for Palo Alto firewalls and load balancers across the DISA CESO enterprise architecture.
+ Assess, troubleshoot, and remediate firewall and load balancer misconfigurations, rule conflicts, and security vulnerabilities while optimizing policies to improve performance and strengthen the overall security posture.
