**Glen at Hiland Meadows - Full-Time - Days**

Performs a variety of painting and vinyl wallcovering duties in support of facility maintenance, renovation, and new construction projects. Responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and wallcoverings, and maintaining a high-quality finish in accordance with established standards.

**Requirements:**

High education or GED

Two to four years of painting and related work experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform interior and exterior painting for maintenance and new construction projects.
+ Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as required.
+ Install, repair, and remove vinyl wallcoverings.
+ Mix and apply paints, stains, sealants, and other finishing materials.
