JOB DESCRIPTION

AAA Canada is looking for a Painter to bring expertise to our team. Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Painter is responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing paint on aircraft and their components, in compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan the work: prepare the area, materials, and equipment.
• Clean, sand, polish, and prepare surfaces prior to application.
• Mask and apply paint coatings according to specifications.
• Perform necessary touch‑ups and ensure the quality of the finished product.
• Record completed work and maintain equipment.

Skills and qualifications

• AEP in Industrial Painting, DEP in Auto Body, DEC in Aerospace Painting, or equivalent accelerated training.
• Experience in industrial or aerospace painting (an asset).
