**What you'll be doing as a Painter Aircraft & Maintenance A**
Applies dope, lacquer, paint, and other finishing material to finish or refinish aircraft, equipment, and facilities.
* Prepares surfaces for painting by removing all foreign substances, removes old or chipped paint.
* Masks surfaces not to be painted.
* Applies primers and fillers and rubs intermediate coats to assure smooth and uniforms coating to avoid streaks and blemishes.
* Must be able to match colors for spot or repair jobs.
* May prepare and mix paints to desired colors and consistencies.
* Polishes final coat wi...
