As a Paid Search Senior Specialist, you will plan, build, and optimize Paid Search and Shopping programs that drive efficient client growth. You’ll execute high‑quality campaign management, translate performance data into clear actions, and apply automation and Bliss Point insights to reduce waste and improve outcomes. You’ll set and deliver Rocks with directional KPIs, collaborate across Analytics, Creative, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership, and mentor junior teammates.

Client‑Centric

• Support the building and executing of Paid Search/Shopping campaigns aligned to client objectives, audience, inventory, and e‑commerce or lead‑gen realities; surface trade‑offs and options.
