THE ROLE
:As a Packaging Lead Hand, you will support the Packaging Supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of a busy meat processing and packaging department in Hamilton, ON. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside the production team while ensuring products are packaged safely, efficiently, and according to customer, quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.
