Packaging Sr. Planner (Guadalajara)

The Packaging Planning Manager is responsible for ensuring 100% on‑time delivery of packaging material at the destination where it is needed, developing replenishment and stocking plans for short- and long-term needs for fresh berries across Mexico. The spend is approximately $100M annually.

• Weekly meeting with Fruit Master Planners to track forecast changes and align replenishment plans, with daily follow‑up.
• Weekly meetings with External Buyers to align operations to Driscoll’s priorities and daily review with Warehouse and Distribution Center Managers, with daily follow‑ups.
• Support Latam Packaging Planner with process improvement initiatives (DSA Chile & Perú) and supply from Mexico when needed; understand differences between business models and country-specific challenges.
