As a Packaging Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Packaging and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

+ Oversee essential packaging functions in a safe and efficient environment.
+ Lead, train, and supervise personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Complete all required paperwork, maintain inventories, and operate forklifts.
+ Assist with railcar movement and perform light maintenance tasks.
+ Communicate effectively with management and maintenance teams to maintain production uptime.
