JOB DESCRIPTION
The Overnight Houseperson role maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas of the hotel and support the housekeeping team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains professional internal/external guest service: smiles, creates eye contact, and uses employee/guest names.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the guest corridors, pool deck, and service areas and back of house associate areas, including washrooms and change rooms.
