Opportunity Description
Drive for Contrans as a professional AZ Truck Driver in the Chemical division. Enjoy long hauls across North America while ensuring safe transport of HAZMAT materials within a 500-mile radius.
Contrans is hiring experienced AZ Truck Drivers for cross-border routes originating from the GTA. You'll typically be out all week, hauling to locations in the mid-west, southern U.S., and Western Canada. Successful candidates will have a minimum of five years of AZ driving experience and must possess a FAST card to travel to the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport HAZMAT cargo within the designated area
• Manage routes across the mid-west and eastern U.S.
• Adhere to weight compliance on multi axle trailers
• Open and close hatches on trailers safely
• Handle 20-foot hoses weighing up to 70 pounds
