Outsourcing Senior Associate / Senior

This job position will be for our Malaysian (JB) office - TFW Management Services Pte Ltd (entity under Baker Tilly Singapore)

Responsibilities

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts, GST, and compliance matters
• Assist to maintain and administer accounting matters for the portfolio of clients
• Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements
• Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
• Collaborate closely with clients to manage expectations and foster strong, long-term relationships
• Coach and support team members by sharing knowledge and best practices
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Outsourcing Department
