Outbound Account Executive – DACH SaaS (AI‑First)

Hoshii in Zürich is hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to own the outbound sales process selling our AI-powered back-office platform to DACH distributors and manufacturers. You’ll build most of your pipeline, cold call, run discovery, and close deals from first touch to signature.

This role is highly outbound, phone-driven, with a quota you own. You’ll collaborate with the GTM team, shape how we sell, and use AI and RevOps discipline to optimize the pipeline.
