Job Details:
- Current Setup: Solo practice, 1 physician, 1 audiologist, 1 MA, 2 front office staff
- Why the Role is Open: The current volume supports bringing on another physician
- Call is informal, shared with 3 other private/solo practices so it is 1: 4. Group is flexible and switch when needed for holidays etc.
- No trauma or ER call (minimal to no ER visits,
- Special Focus Areas Seen: Pediatrics, Sinus, Thyroid, Parotid, Submandibular
- Referral Base: Strong, well-established relationships with local PCPs and pediatricians
- Pediatric Volume: 30-40% of the workload
- Tonsillectomies: per year
- Outpatient Procedure Volume: 95% of cases
