Otc cash app and collection supervisor

Job Description: What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Collections, or Order-to-Cash operations. Previous experience leading teams in a shared services or multinational environment preferred. Strong understanding of AR processes, credit management, cash application, and collection strategies. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar platforms. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and process automation solutions. What will be your key responsibilities?
