Main purpose of the position:

The OTC Associate plays a critical role in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process by ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables, safeguarding the company’s cash flow, and minimizing financial risk. The position is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring payment behavior, and proactively resolving issues that may delay payment.
