Order Armin/ Customer Care (Guadalajara)

Responsibilities
Call center activity.
Availability: time slots from 7am to 7pm, with varying shifts.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Customer‐facing role in the specified region.
Process customer purchase orders and follow‐up activities.
Support day‐to‐day transactions: training, quotes, credits, returns & replacements, changes, relocations, cancellations, disputes, and archiving of all transaction documentation.
Exhibit excellence in customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.
Prioritize workload effectively.
Maintain high attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills.
Ensure zero client escalations and adhere to all SLAs.
Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies when selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
Thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐revenue environment and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
