Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Absence Management and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configurations, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and Perks modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy Absence and Benefits processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams.
- Support data validation, system testing, and issue resolution.
